This is a terrible product! It's virtually impossible to remove all the hair. It's difficult to use and tends to "stutter" over my skin, leaving hair behind even after several applications. I have to shave afterwards no matter how many times I go over an area! Plus the smell is disgusting. What a waste of money! I'm returning it today.

I called CS 6 times over 2 months just to get a "free" return shipping label. They kept on making excuses for not giving me the shipping label saying I had to keep the item for the full 60 days. I finally got the item returned via UPS and confirmed on January 4, 2011 but I have not received 1 penny back. Do not trust this company. They are frauds. I will be reporting to BBB and all over the internet.
