Quick Fix:

If no!no! does not start when you glide it on the skin:

  • Make sure that the power cord is plugged firmly into the device and the electrical wall outlet.
  • Make sure the On/Off button on the Charger is pushed in the On position.
  • Make sure the Hot Blade is intact. Replace the Hot Blade if necessary.

If the thermodynamic wire is severed, replace the Hot Blade.

If the thermodynamic wire is bent, replace the Hot Blade.

If the Signal light indicator turns red while you glide no!no! on your skin:

  • Make sure the Hot Blade is correctly installed into the Hot Blade socket
  • Make sure the Hot Blade is not torn, bent or damaged in anyway.

Where Can I no!no!?

Where is it safe to no!no!?

You can no!no! almost anywhere on the body except the face, breasts and genitals

Why can't I use no!no! on the face, genitals and breasts?

These areas of the body are either curvy and/or have delicate skin making them more prone to burns. Therefore it is difficult to no!no! 100% safely and we consider safety to be a first priority. Does no!no! remove hair from large areas like chest and back? Yes.

Hair length

What hair length works best?

For best results, hair should be between1-3mm long. If its 1mm, use the Hot Blade for short hair and stubble. Otherwise, use the Hot Blade for long hair followed by the Hot Blade for stubble.

Can I use no!no! right after shaving?

It is best to wait until you have at least1mm of growth before using no!no!

Does no!no! work on all skin complexions?

YES!!! no!no! does not use light; therefore it works safely on all complexions.

Does it work on all color hair? Gray, white or blond?

YES!!! no!no! does not use light; therefore it works for all hair colors.

Can no!no! be used on long hair?

It may be used on long hair, as long as it is not more than 3mm long. But it will not be as effective as on short hair or stubble. It is best to have 1mm of visible hair growth for a successful no!no! treatment.

Does no!no! work on coarse or thick hair?

no!no! works just as well on thick, coarse hair as it does on thin. However, because of the nature of coarse hair, results may take a bit longer and will become more noticeable after continued treatment

Will hair grow back?

Yes, some of it will. However it will grow back in looking thinner and finer.

Does the hair take longer to grow?

Thermicon technology directly affects the hair follicle and may delay and disrupt future hair growth.

How often can I use it?

How often do I need to use no!no! a week?

We recommend using no!no! 2-3 times a week when beginning. After time about 2 months, you may only need to use no!no! once a week - even less as time goes on, if you stick to the treatment.

Can I use it everyday?

We do not recommend using no!no! everyday. Hair regrowth will not be sufficient for a successful treatment. You will only use up your Hot Blades and have to replace them more often.

Why don't I see less hair after using is for a week or two?

no!no! takes time and patience. Hair does not all grow in the same place at the same time. Please refer to the hair-growth biology section for more information. You should begin to see results after 6-8 weeks.

Will I have to use it 2-3 times a week forever?

No. We recommend using no!no! 2-3 times a week during the initial stages (2-3 months) of use. With time, you will need to use it less often.

What happens when I finish my no!no! treatments?

Skin and hair are dynamic and ever-changing. Therefore you don't really finish no!no! treatments. What you will do is reduce usage per week and month.

After 3-5 months of no treatments, hair might return to pretreatment values. You can easily maintain results with continued use of no!no!

Is the no!no! treatment likely to lead to a permanent hair removal?

Proper usage

What is the Slow Glide and how do I do it?

The Slow Glide is the method you use to remove hair with no!no! Glide the no!no! at a steady pace across your skin in a smooth shaving motion without stopping or starting. Glide it towards your body and/or against hair growth. The green guide light should remain lit and steady. This lets you know you are gliding at the proper pace for the best results. For example, when treating your arms, start at your wrist and pull it towards your elbow in one steady, smooth motion, making sure the green light stays lit. . DO NOT STOP AND START as this may cause unwanted side-effects.

What is Buffing and how do I do it?

Buffing is the finishing touch. It removes dead, burnt hair and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. Without proper buffing, skin may feel rough and stubbly. Buff in a firm circular motion the areas that you have just treated. When you have finished buffing, moisturize your skin with no!no! Smooth™ or other non-astringent cream. (back to top)
